We specialize in a full range of ASTM A335 standard based on ferritic heat-resistant seamless alloy steel pipes, covering six mainstream grades: P5, P9, P11, P22, P91 and P92, fully meeting working conditions from medium-low temperature to ultra-high temperature and ultra-high pressure. Low-chromium-molybdenum alloys P5 and P9 feature excellent oxidation resistance and sulfidation resistance, suitable for medium-temperature corrosive environments. As universal heat-resistant steel grades, P11 and P22 balance outstanding high-temperature strength and superior weldability, serving as the preferred materials for conventional severe working conditions in petrochemical and thermal power industries. High-end martensitic heat-resistant steels P91 and P92 adopt precise alloy controlled chemistry and professional heat treatment processes, possessing extreme high-temperature creep resistance, superior thermal stability and pressure bearing capacity, and can operate stably for a long time under ultra-supercritical unit extreme conditions. All products strictly comply with international standards of ASTM A335 and ASME SA335. Customized pipe diameters, wall thicknesses and special processing are available. High Temperature Resistance, Creep Resistance & Corrosion Resistance for Full-Range Severe Industrial Conditions

Our ASTM A335 series alloy steel pipes are professionally developed for severe high-temperature, high-pressure and strong-corrosion working conditions (Severe HTHP Service). Each grade features differentiated and targeted performance to adapt to diverse industrial scenarios, thoroughly solving common failures of ordinary steel pipes such as high-temperature deformation, cracking and corrosion. All products deliver superior high-temperature mechanical properties, capable of long-term stable operation under high pressure of 15MPa-30MPa and high temperature of 400℃-650℃. High-end grades P91 and P92 withstand ultra-high temperatures above 600℃ with outstanding high-temperature creep resistance, greatly reducing pipeline deformation risks during long-term high-temperature operation. P5 and P9 grades are optimized for oil, gas and petrochemical corrosive environments, resisting sulfidation corrosion, oxidation corrosion and mild hydrogen corrosion. P11 and P22 balance excellent toughness and processability with superior weldability and machinability, ensuring high adaptability for on-site installation. All products undergo full-quality inspections including non-destructive testing, mechanical property testing and metallographic analysis, enabling zero-defect application in core pipelines of power stations, refineries and coal chemical projects, ensuring long-term operational safety and low maintenance costs.
