Q:Are all your pipe fittings made of alloy steel only?
No. Alloy steel pipe fittings are our company’s flagship featured products. We maintain regular stock of material grades including A335 P5, A335 P9, A335 P11, A335 P22, A335 P91 and A335 P92, which are applicable to various high-temperature and high-pressure industrial piping systems. In addition, we can also manufacture carbon steel and stainless steel fittings according to customers’ requirements.
-
Q:What international standards do your alloy steel pipe fittings comply with?
Our products strictly follow ASME B16.5, ASME B16.9, ASTM A234, ASTM A182, DIN, EN, JIS and GOST standards. We can customize production according to client-specified standards for oil&gas, power station and chemical projects.
-
Q:Can you customize non-standard sizes, pressure classes or serrated flange surfaces?
Custom service is fully supported. We can process special OD/ID thickness, Class 150/300/600/1500 high-pressure ratings, one-side or double-side serration flanges and special shaped tees such as barred tees as per customer drawings.
-
Q:What working conditions are alloy steel pipe fittings suitable for?
Our alloy steel fittings resist high temperature, high pressure and corrosion, widely used in thermal power, petrochemical, natural gas, refinery and energy pipeline transmission systems.
-
Q:Do you supply matching alloy steel seamless pipes together with fittings?
Yes. As an integrated manufacturer, we produce both alloy steel seamless pipes and matching flanges & fittings, supporting one-stop procurement for pipeline projects.
-
Q:What quality inspection tests will be carried out for alloy steel products before shipment?
Each batch undergoes strict full inspection: PMI material identification, dimensional inspection, hydrostatic pressure test, Charpy impact test at low temperature, NDT (UT/MT/PT), hardness test and metallographic examination.
-
Q:Can you provide official material test reports (MTR) and full inspection certificates?
We provide EN10204 3.1 / 3.2 certified MTR, mechanical test reports, metallurgical reports and NDT certificates for every order. All documents are bilingual English & Chinese for customs clearance.
-
Q:Is third-party factory inspection acceptable before delivery?
100% support third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV etc.). Our internal QC team cooperates fully with inspectors to complete all test items on site.
-
Q:How do you control surface defects of alloy steel fittings?
Raw material incoming inspection + semi-finished visual inspection + finished shot blasting + 100% surface MT/PT flaw detection to eliminate cracks, pits and sand holes before packaging.
-
Q:What international certificates does your factory hold for export?
We have ISO9001 quality system certification, PED pressure equipment certification, API certification. We can also apply for regional certificates like SASO for Middle East market upon client’s demand.
-
Q:What is your standard production lead time for alloy steel pipe fittings?
Standard mass order lead time is 20–30 working days after receiving deposit and confirmed drawings. Small stock items can be delivered within 3–7 days.
-
Q:Can you shorten delivery time for urgent project orders?
Yes. We arrange priority production line for urgent orders, adjust workshop scheduling to compress lead time with no sacrifice on inspection standards.
